BOOKING FEES, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES: In order to book a stay, a booking fee corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the stay is required. Free cancellation and full refund of your booking fee up to 7 days before your scheduled stay. 50% refund of your booking fee for cancellations made 4-6 days prior to your scheduled stay. No refund of your booking fee for cancellations made within 3 days of your scheduled stay. 100% refund of your booking fee will be provided in the event of natural disasters or storms that lead to shipping cancellations. Prices per night 2024: 1st of Jan to 30th of April: Php 5500 (USD 100). 1st of May to 31st of Aug: Php 5000 (USD 91). 1st of Sept to 15th of Dec: Php 4500 (USD 82). 16th of Dec to 31st of Dec: Php 6000 (USD 110).
