Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation and a full refund of the booking fee are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

For cancellations made 4–6 days before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

No refund of the booking fee will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled check-in date.

Force Majeure

A full refund of the booking fee will be provided if guests are unable to reach Siquijor due to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or official shipping cancellations affecting transportation to the island.
