Juvy's Beach House consists of three units: Top floor - entire top floor of about 83 sqm, good for 6 persons; Ground floor - entire ground floor of about 65 sqm, good for 7 persons and The Annex of about 25 sqm, good for 4 persons. 

BOOKING FEES, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES: In order to book a stay, a booking fee corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the stay is required. Free cancellation and full refund of your booking fee up to 7 days before your scheduled stay. 50% refund of your booking fee for cancellations made 4-6 days prior to your scheduled stay. No refund of your booking fee for cancellations made within 3 days of your scheduled stay. 100% refund of your booking fee will be provided in the event of natural disasters or storms that lead to shipping cancellations.
